2. Products & Orders All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time. Once an order is placed and payment confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not constitute a binding contract until the order has been dispatched.

3. Pricing All prices are displayed in EUR (€) and include applicable VAT where required by law. DriveLux reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the one displayed at the time of checkout.

8. Governing Law These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights under EU law.
