Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers) Under EU law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at imfailipeahah@gmail.com before the 14-day period expires.
Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
How to Return
- Email us at imfailipeahah@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide return instructions within 2 business days.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Defective or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 30 days of delivery at imfailipeahah@gmail.com. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
- Items returned after the 14-day withdrawal period without prior agreement
Late or Missing Refunds If you haven't received your refund within 14 days of our confirmation, please check with your bank first, then contact us at imfailipeahah@gmail.com.
