Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Shipping Origin DriveLux ships internationally from China. All orders are fulfilled and dispatched from our warehouse in China.
Delivery Timeframes
- Standard Shipping: 10–15 business days from dispatch
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, public holidays, or carrier delays outside our control.
Shipping Rates
- Free Shipping is available on eligible orders (conditions applied at checkout).
- For orders that do not qualify for free shipping, rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and chosen carrier.
Customs & Import Duties Orders shipped to Portugal, Spain, and other EU countries may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Since July 2021, the EU VAT exemption on goods under €22 no longer applies — all imports are subject to VAT.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your shipment in real time.
